GENERAL TERMS
You must be 21 years or older to purchase alcohol. It is illegal to sell alcohol to anyone under 21 in the United States. By ordering, you confirm that you meet the legal drinking age requirement.
If you are purchasing alcohol as a gift, the recipient must also be 21 years or older. An adult over 21 will be required to sign for delivery.
We strive to ensure that all prices and product listings are accurate. However, in the event of a pricing error, we will contact you to confirm if you would like to proceed with your order at the correct price.
While we make every effort to keep stock updated, availability is subject to change. If an item is unavailable, we will offer a suitable alternative of equal or greater value.
We reserve the right to withdraw or replace products without prior notice. Merchandise prices and specifications may also change at any time.
While we aim to ensure all information on our website is accurate, Calabasas Brew & Spirits shall not be held responsible for errors, outdated information, or third-party content inaccuracies.
Order acceptance is confirmed once your items are dispatched. Even if your payment has been processed, no contract exists until we ship your order.

PAYMENT TERMS
Payments can only be made via credit/debit cards through Shopify Payments or PayPal. We do not accept orders via phone or email.
All payments are processed securely. Calabasas Brew & Spirits does not store or share financial details.
Payments are collected at the time of order placement.
DELIVERY POLICY

We aim for prompt delivery but cannot be held liable for unexpected delays.
Next-Day Delivery orders must be placed by 2 PM (Monday – Thursday) to ensure arrival the following day.
All deliveries require an adult signature (21+). If the recipient appears underage, ID verification will be requested. Failure to provide valid ID will result in cancellation of the delivery.
Customers are responsible for reporting damaged goods upon delivery.
If a delivery upgrade (e.g., Next-Day or Saturday Delivery) fails, we will refund the difference between standard and expedited shipping costs.
No compensation will be provided for lost wages due to delayed deliveries.
Safe Storage Responsibility: Customers assume responsibility for proper storage and handling of products upon receipt.
Alcohol is best enjoyed responsibly.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
